Breadstick Line
La Frumenteria produces RUBATÀ DI CHIERI, a traditional slow-leavened breadstick from the town of Chieri, in Piedmont. First created in the 1800s, it was originally made using soft, highly extensible flour milled from local grains growing in the nearby hills, non-calcareous water, barley malt, yeast, and just a touch of salt. Today, La Frumenteria continues this tradition with a process defined by slow, natural leavening and immediate baking after shaping — a method that enhances the authentic bread aroma and distinctive flavour of Rubatà di Chieri.
